The Palmgrove Lake Resort offers excellent value for money with both private villas and luxury suites. The location on the Kerala backwaters is stunning, allowing for easy access to houseboat and cruise tours. The staff goes above and beyond to help plan activities and provide recommendations. The cottages are clean and comfortable, with beautiful garden bathrooms. The owner's dedication to conservation is commendable.

We witnessed the thrilling snake boat races in Punnamada Lake and it was intense! The paddy fields surrounding the resort were awe-inspiring and perfect for those Instagram-worthy shots. We even tried our hand at yoga, channeling our inner gurus. And let's not forget the lush greenery all around, it felt like we were in another world. Such a unique experience!
We just wished there was a bit more nightlife and party scene for us young folks. A cool bar or club on-site would have been the cherry on top of an already amazing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a resort in a beautiful location near the backwaters. The room had a stunning view of the lake and was surrounded by coconut and mango trees. The caretaker, Uday, was friendly and provided prompt service, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite limited food options, the meals served were decent. The availability of hot water at all times added to the comfort of the stay.

The resort is situated alongside pristine backwaters. It is a perfect place to spot exotic birds and enjoy personalized boat tours to secluded places the larger boats can't reach. the staff is always willing to help out with everything from laundry to advice on things to do in the area. the rooms are comfortable with outdoor bathrooms and rooms boast spectacular views.
The cleanliness of the rooms and quality of the linen left something to be desired.

The premium villa at Palmgrove Lake Resort is an absolute paradise! As a business traveler seeking peace and tranquility, this place ticked all the boxes for me. Tucked deep within a silent nook of the resort, it offered the perfect escape from the bustling city life. Each moment spent there brought pure joy and a sense of complete peace of mind. It was simply blissful!
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this wonderful resort. But if I had to nitpick, I guess I liked less the fact that the Wi-Fi connection in the premium villa was a bit slow.

I absolutely loved the cozy and peaceful atmosphere of this resort. The forest-themed decor and the beautiful lake view were a delight to my eyes. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like me. It was a wonderful experience to sit in the wicker chair and watch the boats go by on the river. The staff, although young, were very friendly and always ready to assist.
If there was one thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people, it would be more lighting in the resort. Especially at night, it was quite dark and sometimes difficult to navigate.
